BAGOGO (funny name, great toy) is now being introduced to the US through Green Mountain Blocks.

BAGOGO is a brand new toy from the Republic of Slovak. Made by the award winning master toy maker, Jan Trska. Bagogo combines the beauty and durability of natural wood with the creative flexibility of Lego's. Designed for children five and up BAGOGO stimulates creativity, an understanding of geometric concepts and manual dexterity along with fundamental building skills. Introduced in Europe in 1998 it won the Budapest Genius Prize toy award that same year. BAGOGO has found wide acceptance with teachers and parents in Europe and Canada and is just now being distributed in the US through Green Mountain Blocks. Since 1996 Green Mountain Blocks has manufactured it’s own line of old fashion wooden toy building blocks for sell exclusively through their web site.
